I can appreciate your opinion, but I believe that you are rushing to judgment. While you may not be a fan of the &#039;Action Figure&#039; idea itself, I think it was meant as a marketing tool simply to gain the attention of those that interface with ServiceSource&#039;s potential clients. (or potential clients themselves.) It is likely not representative of the full extent of ServiceSource&#039;s marketing and efforts to &#039;to better reflect customer needs it hadn’t been aware of or was under-serving&#039; but rather one example. Perhaps the article mischaracterized it or didn&#039;t tell the full story.
